目的：探讨失眠治疗仪配合中药泡脚对老年高血压住院患者血压及睡眠质量的影响。方法：将符合高血压伴睡眠功能障碍诊断标准且年龄≥60岁的患者116例按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各58例，分别予以失眠治疗仪配合中药泡脚和西药舒乐安定治疗14天。观察患者的血压变化，并采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评价2组患者睡眠质量。结果：2组收缩压，舒张压与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，2组治疗后相比有显著性差异(P＜0.05)。出院时2组PSQI各因子及总体得分均比入院时明显下降(P＜0.05)，治疗组PSQI各因子及总体得分明显低于对照组(P＜0.05)。总有效率治疗组为91.4%，对照组为82.8%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：在常规降压治疗的基础上给予失眠治疗仪配合中药泡脚能有效改善老年高血压住院患者血压水平及睡眠障碍。%Objective: To explore the influence of insomnia therapeutic apparatus and foot-bath of Chinese medicine on blood pressure and sleep quality of senile patients with hypertension. Methods:The patients aged above 60 years, who met diagnostic standard of hypertension accompanied with sleep disorders, were divided into the treat-ment group and the control group according to random number table. They were given with insomnia therapeutic ap-paratus and foot-bath of Chinese medicine, western medicine estazolam for 14 days respectively. Blood pressure of the patients were observed, sleep quality of the patients was assessed by Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI). Re-sults:The difference was significant in systolic pressure and diastolic pressure when both groups after treating were compared with before treating (P<0.01), there was signfincant difference in systolic pressure and diastolic pressure when the treatment group was compared with the control group after treating (P<0.05). PSQI factors and total scales of both groups were decreased obviously at the discharging time when they were compared with admission time (P<0.05), PSQI factors and total scales of the treatment group were lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). Total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.4%, higher than 82.8%of the control group with notable difference (P<0.05). Conclusion:Based on routine treatment of lowering blood pressure, insomnia therapeutic apparatus and foot-bath of Chinese medicine could effectively improve the level of blood pressure and sleep disorder of senile pa-tients with hypertension.
