世界银行于2011年启动了金融普惠专题调查，国际货币基金组织也于2012年开展了金融可得性调查(FAS)，设计了国际领域普惠金融发展可比性基本指标。目前中国在普惠金融指标监测方面还处于起步阶段，本文通过译研世界银行和国际货币基金组织普惠金融发展监测指标体系的资料，结合青海经济欠发达地区普惠金融发展实践，分析了国际监测指标在中国经济欠发达地区的适用性，对已有的指标体系进行调整，重点探索设计了适应经济欠发达地区普惠金融发展特点的监测指标体系。%The World Bank launched a special survey on the inclusive finance in 2011. The International Monetary Fund also car-ried out the financial availability survey (FAS) in 2012, and designed the comparable basic indicators of the development of the inclu-sive finance in the international field. At present, in China the monitoring indicator system of the inclusive finance is still in its infan-cy. Based on translating and studying the materials about the monitoring indicator system of the development of the inclusive finance of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, combined with the practices of the development of the inclusive finance in Qinghai province which is less developed, the paper analyzes the applicability of the international monitoring index in the less devel-oped areas in China, adjusts the existing index system focusing on exploring and designing the monitoring index system which adapts to the characteristics of the development of the inclusive finance in economic underdeveloped areas.
