填埋场渗滤液内含物分离方法及变化过程

         

摘要

Leachates with different ages (3~12 years)collected from same landfill were investigated. The results show that COD, TOC in leachates decrease with disposal time increasing;TOC/COD is 0. 40 to 0. 10 from 3 years to 12 years. Meanwhile,the composition of leachates was prepared through two separation ways such as vacuum drying and freeze drying and TGA and IR were used to analyze inner composition. The results show total solid (TS)in leachate reaches more than 30 000 mg/L;the composition obtained by freeze drying is 13% ~39% higher than that by vacuum drying.%该文通过对同一填埋场不同填埋时间垃圾(时间分别为3~12年)产生渗滤液性质的测定,根据其宏观性质的变化状况,发现COD、TOC等组分随填埋时间延长而大幅降低,TOC/COD比值由初期的0.40降到填埋12年的0.10左右。同时,选用真空干燥和冷冻干燥等两种形式来获取渗滤液内含物,并对其微观性质进行测定,结果表明渗滤液中固含量高达30000 mg/L以上。与真空干燥相比,冷冻干燥能得到大约多13%~39%的内含物。
