Constructing evaluation system for the first-class higher vocational college should embody the characteristics of first-class higher education and vocational education. Three groups of factors, including talent gathering, abundant resources and management specification, are main ideas of constructing evaluation system of first-class higher vocational colleges. First-class higher vocational colleges are established based on the first-class vocational education system.
