新常态下公安院校规范化实践教学基地建设探讨

公安人才培养的"新常态"要求公安院校克服实践教学基地存在的质量参差不齐、校局互动效果不理想、指导教师素质有待提高等问题,通过采用合理规划实践教学基地群、严格质量监控等措施,建设"新常态"下公安院校规范化实践教学基地.%The "New Normal" of the training of public security personnel requires that public security colleges and should overcome the uneven quality of practical teaching bases, the unsatisfactory interactive effect of school boards and the need to improve the quality of guiding teachers, launch series of means including reasonable planning of practical teaching base group and strict quality control, etc., so as to build the standardized practical teaching base of public security colleges under the "new normal".
