发展轨道交通背景下的城市中心区的有机更新

摘要

本文分析轨道交通的介入给城市有机更新带来的影响以及在轨道交通建设背景下城市中心区有机更新的类型,结合我国相关建设中出现的若干问题,借鉴先进国家和地区的经验,提出在此背景下城市中心区有机更新的几点建议,以达到城市的集约、可持续和人性化发展。%This article analyzes the effects of rail transit developing in urban organic regeneration,the models of organic regeneration in such area,the problems in such area in Chinese cities.Through borrowing ideas from construction experiences of advanced countries and regions,we propose suggestions for improving organic regeneration in the city center under the background of rail transit developing,so as to lead an intensive,sustainable and people-centered city development.
