南京市城市总体规划的“两规”协调方法探讨

摘要

In this article, the author bases on the relevant coo-rdination system proposed by the current“Two Rules” coord-inated research and through the overal urban planning about the“Two Rules” concrete practice of coordination in Nanjing to analyzes the major obstacle of“Two Rules”and discusses t-he technical path and work approach, specifically elaborates t-he five basic work and four key elements of“Two Rules”co-ordinated in Nan Jing, and studies the working methods of me-gacities“Two Rules”coordinated in the form of examples.%　　本文以当前“两规”协调研究提出的相关协调体系为基础，通过南京市城市总体规划关于“两规”协调的具体实践，分析了“两规”协调的主要障碍，探讨了技术路径和工作方法，具体阐述了南京“两规”协调的五项基础工作和四项重点内容，并以实例形式对特大城市“两规”协调的工作方法进行了研究。
