绿阴正耐经秋看，不比花才十日红--上海三林基地建筑项目绿色技术浅析

摘要

本文结合上海市保障性住房三林基地D2-10地块社区事务处理中心项目工程实例，阐述了低碳、生态、环保的设计理念和手法，通过对绿色建筑理念的应用和整合，采用设计理念和手段的有效结合，创造了绿·浪的示范性绿色建筑新形象。最后总结了设计过程中的若干现实问题。%This paper unifies the example of Shanghai City af-fordable housing Salim Base D2-10 plots community transacti-on processing center project, expounds the design idea and te-chnique of low carbon, ecological, environmental protection, t-hrough the application and integration of the concept of green building, taking the design idea and means of effectively com-bining, created a new green building demonstration image of t-he Green·Wave. Finally, it summarizes several realistic proble-ms in the process of design.
