土压平衡盾构机过富水砂层施工技木

摘要

To solve the problems like surface subsidence, tunnel shooting and difficult control of machine tunneling when the shielder is passing through the rich texture of geological condition with water-rich sand, this paper proposes the main points of the shielder progress, and combined with the characteristics of the project, discusses the rate of key material propotion to balance the machine for the construction passing through a water-rich sand layer.%针对土压平衡盾构机在富水砂层不利地质中作业时易出现地层沉降、隧道喷涌、盾构姿态难控制等问题,提出盾构机掘进工艺流程及操作要点,并结合项目特点提供了关键材料的配合比,为土压平衡盾构机在类似富水砂层地质条件作业提供借鉴.
