试论高职院校80后辅导员如何引领90后大学生共筑中国梦

at present, 80's counselors gradually become the main body of the college counselor. To lead 90’s students with prominent features to build China dream, the 80's counselors need to:recognize own duty, clearly position, and become the students’“dream partner”; work with care, un-derstand in depth, and lead the students to together build the dream;keep pace with the times, explore and innovate, and continuously improve the ability to promote the dream.%当前，80后辅导员逐渐成为高职院校辅导员的主体。引领特点突出的90后大学生共筑中国梦，需要80后辅导员做到：认清本职，明确定位，当好大学生的“追梦伴侣”；用心靠上，深入了解，引领大学生共同“筑梦”；与时俱进，开拓创新，不断提高自己的“促梦”能力。
