低引燃倾向卷烟纸对卷烟感官特性的影响

摘要

为研究低引燃倾向(Low ignition propensity,简称LIP)卷烟纸对卷烟感官特性的影响,采用对比评吸的方法研究了LIP卷烟样品感官特性的变化趋势.结果表明:①LIP卷烟纸对卷烟样品感官特性的各项评价指标均有影响,尤其是香气风格影响较大；②LIP卷烟纸对烤烟型卷烟样品感官特性的影响大于混合型卷烟样品；随着卷烟价类的提高,LIP卷烟纸对卷烟样品感官特性指标影响的幅度增大；随着卷烟样品焦油量的提高,LIP卷烟纸对卷烟样品香气风格和香气质影响增大；③木浆LIP卷烟纸对卷烟样品感官特性指标的影响小于麻浆LIP卷烟纸.%In order to investigate the effects of LIP cigarette paper on the sensory characters of cigarette, the change trend of sensory characters was evaluated by comparative tests. The results showed that: 1) LIP cigarette paper affected all the indexes of sensory characters, especially aroma style; 2) the effects of LIP cigarette paper on flue-cured cigarette were more significant than on blended-type cigarette; the sensory characters of cigarette of higher price category and the aroma style and aroma quality of cigarette with higher tar delivery were more significantly affected by LIP cigarette paper; 3) LIP cigarette paper made from wood pulp affected cigarette's sensory characters less than that from flax pulp.
