基于医学生礼仪素质培养的道德认同机制构建

         

摘要

The effective operation of moral identity mechanism is the key to the quality of the medical students etiquette training. At present, the anomie of moral identity mechanism highlights etiquette behavior of medical students is not harmonious. The medical students as the main body, the etiquette theoretical and practical dimensions based on the internal and external factors, on the basis of dialectical relationship, training with the etiquette of the mode of thinking and behavior, to achieve effective operation mechanism of moral identity, thereby enhancing medical students etiquette quality, enhance the doctor occupation social identity and the harmonious doctor-patient relationship degree.%  道德认同机制的有效运行是医学生礼仪素质培养的关键。目前,医学生礼仪行为失范凸显道德认同机制的不和谐。以医学生为主体,基于礼仪的理论与现实维度,依据内外因辩证关系,培养符合礼仪道德的思维方式和行为方式,实现道德认同机制的有效运行,从而提升医学生的礼仪素质,提升医生职业的社会认同度和医患关系的和谐度。其路径是:完善道德体系;加强礼仪道德教育;构建扬善抑恶机制。
