The present invention relates to a medical information system mechanism designing method based on clustering algorithm, in which a distribution computing control algorithm-based medical information system high availability mechanism is designed based on an availability architecture devising concept. The medical information system mechanism designing method comprises the steps of: (a) hierarchizing an infrastructure of a medical information system into a core, a transmission, and an access, and setting structure duplexing of each hierarchy as a basic devising target; (b) designing a structure of hardware, and duplexing each hardware; (c) constituting mutual standby servers for different servers, and constituting software factors; (d) designing a cluster infra function, performing multiple server structures in a cluster shape, and designing at least two load balance servers to perform roles as a master and a standby in the cluster; and (e) measuring the medical information system by using measurement item. According to the medical information system mechanism designing method, when a medical information application is designed, a system with ensured information management stability with an integrated access control algorithm can be designed while a medical information user searches for data in real time.
