中国城市文化产业效率研究

摘要

In this paper,taking China's 98 cities as the research object,using DEA model a-nalysis of input-output efficiency of 2010 cultural industry.Research indicated:input and output efficiency of urban cultural industry are not high at all.The input-output efficiency of these 98 cities show “it is high in the east and low in the west”as the overall spatial distribution pattern, and the gap is very big.The best performance of these cities are all located in the developed coast-al areas,such as zhongshan,suzhou,and shenzhen.The efficiency value of Midwestern cities is relatively low.The key factor of influence the efficiency of comprehensive Culture industry are pure technical efficiency,significantly lower than the scale efficiency,in contrast to the provincial research results;after adjusting input-output efficiency of urban cultural industry,the profit and scale of production will increase,shows that the scale of production of urban cultural industry in China are lower than they are expected.According to the analysis conclusion,this paper puts for-ward suggestions for the improvement of urban cultural industry input-output efficiency.%运用 DEA 模型测算中国城市文化产业的投入产出效率。结果表明：城市文化产业投入产出效率整体不高，纯技术效率明显低于规模效率，地理分布呈现“东高西低”的特征，表明中国城市文化产业生产规模均不是帕累托最优。鉴此，应加速科技创新与文化产业融合、产业集聚发展，发挥文化品牌效应，加强公共文化设施投入，利用地方特色文化资源，提升中国城市文化产业效率。
