对菠萝纤维/棉混纺针织物染整前处理进行了研究,通过试验得出酶氧练漂-浴法的较佳工艺为:酶3 g/L,双氧水5 g/L,pH=8,80℃练漂50 min,在此工艺条件下处理的织物,失重率为1.9%、顶破强力为348.4 N、白度为75.6、毛效为9.1 cm/30 min.既节约了成本,又保持了菠萝纤维/棉混纺针织物的白度和润湿性能,且使失重不会太大,织物采用酶氧练漂-浴法处理比碱氧练漂-浴法处理更环保,且对织物的损伤小.%The pretreatment of the pineapple fiber/cotton knitted fabrics was studied. The optimal condition of one-bath enzyme-oxygen scouring and bleaching process was: 3 g/L of enzyme, 5 g/L of hydrogen peroxide, 8 of pH, scoured and bleached at 80 °C for 50 min. Under the optimal condition, the weight loss percentage of fabric was 1.9%, the bursting strength was 348.4 N, the whiteness was 75.6, the capillary effect was 9.1 cm/30 min. The process not only could save costs buts adso ensure whiteness and wettability of pineapple fiber/cotton knitted fabrics. Moreover, the weight losses the pineapple fibers/cotton knitted fabrics were small. The one-bath enzyme-oxygen scouring and bleaching process was more environmentally friendly and had smaller damage to fabric than one-bath alkali-oxygen scouring and bleaching process.
