十二烷基聚甘油醚非离子表面活性剂的合成及性能研究

         

摘要

A novel nonionic surfactant was synthesized by using glycerol. The intermediate n-dodecyl gly⁃cidyl ether was prepared primarily, which was reacted with polyglycerol with different polymerization degree. The structures of the products were characterized by IR and LC-MS, and the surface tension, performace in wetting, foaming, emulsification and solubilization had been determined. The results showed that it had good surface properties, and could be used as a low-foaming surfactant.%合成了十二烷基聚甘油醚非离子表面活性剂,首先制备中间产物十二烷基缩水甘油醚,然后与不同聚合度甘油反应制得十二烷基聚甘油醚。分别采用IR和LC-MS对产物结构进行表征,并测定了产物的表面张力、润湿性能、泡沫性能、乳化性能以及增溶性能。结果表明,该新型表面活性剂表面性能优良,可用作低泡型表面活性剂。
