还原条件对脱硫吸附剂Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3结构和脱硫性能的影响

         

摘要

The zinc oxide-silica-alumina supported nickel adsorbent,Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3,was prepared by impregnation,and XRD and mercury porosimeter were adopted to characterize the structure of the adsorbents.The influence of reduction condition on the desulfurization performance of the adsorbent was investigated on fixed bed. The diffraction peaks of Ni were detected in the spectrum of adsorbent after reduction,which means that reduction process was benefit for the conversion of NiO to Ni.By reduction process,specific area and pore volume changed scarcely,which was from 62.16 m~2/g,0.36 mL/g to 62.09 m~2/g,0.32 mL/g separately.In suitable reducing condition, Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3 has a good desulfurization reactivity.Under the temperature of 450℃,reduction time of 3 h,the sulfur content achieved 8.30%and research octane number(RON) lost only 0.3.%采用浸渍法制备了复合氧化物吸附剂Ni/ZnO-SiO2-Al2O3,采用XRD和压汞对吸附剂进行表征,利用小型固定床反应器考察了还原条件对吸附剂脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,还原后吸附剂的XRD谱图中出现了Ni的衍射峰,说明还原过程有利于NiO转化为活性Ni,吸附剂的比表面积和孔体积基本不变,还原前为62.16 m~2/g、0.36 mL/g,还原后为62.09 m~2/g、0.32 mL/g。吸附剂的最佳还原条件为:温度450℃,时间3 h,还原后吸附剂的穿透硫容为8.30%(w),研究法辛烷值(RON)仅损失0.3个单位。
