1,4-丁二醇装置酯化反应塔塔底酸度控制

摘要

AS the acidity of the liquid at the bottom of the esterification reaction column of the 1,4-butanediol plant may off specification because of the flooding,we found a practicable solution to prevent the column from flooding and reduce the liquid acidity based on theory and numerical simulation,and so improve the conversion of products and the yield.%针对顺酐法制14,-丁二醇工艺中酯化工段的酯化反应塔塔板容易液泛造成塔底产品酸度不合格的问题,进行多方面理论和模拟计算,分析了反应塔底部酸度控制以及防止反应塔板液泛的方法,提高了物料的转化率和产品最终收率。
