This paper introduces the generation,development,and application of chiral chemistry.Emphases are put on from three parts:① chiral recognition,separation,and their applications;② recent applications of chiral stationary phase and reverse phase methods to chiral separation;③ chiral synthesis,separation,and their applications.Future developments of chiral chemistry are prospected in the end.%简要介绍了手性化学的产生发展及应用.详细介绍了:①手性识别手性拆分及应用;②手性固定相法及逆相法在手性分离中的应用新进展;③手性合成手性拆分及其应用.并对手性化学的发展进行了展望.
