国产头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠与进口头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗胆道感染的成本－效果分析

摘要

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the cost-effect of imported and domestic sulbactam cefoperazones in treat-ment of acute bacterial infection in biliary system.METHODS The patients with acute bile duct infection were ran-domly enrolled in 2 groups who were treated by imported and domestic sulbactam cefoperazones respective-ly.RESULTS Campared the effective rates and incidence rate of adverse effects,the difference of imported and do-mestic sulbactam cefoperazones had no statistical significance,but the cost of domestic sulbactam cefoperazones was lower relatively.CONCLUSION Both imported and domestic sulbactam cefoperazones can be employed to treat a-cute bacterial infection in biliary system effectively and safely,deserving clinical application,but domestic sulbactam cefoperazone is more economically effective.%目的：评价国产头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠与进口头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗胆道系统急性细菌性感染的有效性和安全性。方法选择急性胆道感染患者，随机分为国产头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠与进口头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗组，比较两组成本、有效率及不良反应率。结果国产头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠与进口头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠相比，有效率的差异有统计学意义，但费用更低。结论两种头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗胆道感染均可获得较佳的临床疗效，国产头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠比进口头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠有更好的成本－效果比，因此治疗胆道系统急性细菌性感染可根据患者病情、经济状况选择药物。
