影响钢管3PE防腐层离线拉伸试验结果的因素分析

摘要

根据钢管防腐离线检验中常用的标准GB/T 1040. 2-2006和ASTM D638-2014, 介绍3PE防腐层试样制备、状态调节等情况,对比3种类型3PE防腐层试样的拉伸强度,分析影响钢管3PE防腐层拉伸试验结果的因素.分析认为:与GB/T 1040. 2-2006标准中的IB型、IBA型试样相比,ASTM D638-2014标准中的IV型试样的标距相对较小,保证了试样防腐层的厚度均匀,同时试样肩部应力集中小,因此推荐采用.%According to GB/T 1040.2-2006 and ASTM D638-2013 which are commonly followed in off-line corrosion test for steel tube, the preparation of 3PE anti-corrosion layer samples and the status adjustments are introduced in the paper.Tensile strengths of 3 types of 3PE anti-corrosion layers are compared, and the factors that affect the results of the tensile tests are analyzed.It is concluded that comparing to IB and IBA samples defined in GB/T 1040.2-2006, Ⅳ type sample defined in ASTM D638-2014 has smaller gauge length, which assures the homogeneity of the thickness of an anti-corrosion layer.Ⅳ type sample also has concentrated shouder stress, so it is recommened for the test.
