广西红树林海洋微生物的分离及抗白色念珠菌的快速筛选

         

摘要

Methylene blue-microELISA spectrophotomer detection method was used for detecting activity against C albicans based on 96-well plate and marine microorganisms were isolated from Guangxi mangrove in Shankou, Fangcheng, Beihai. The result showed that 157 out of 498 isolates showed activity against C. Albicans, which was 31.5 % of the total bacteria isolates. Eighty-eight out of 299 strains of fungi isolates showed activity against C. Albicans, which was 29.4 % of the total fungi isolates. The proportion of anti-Candida albicans active strains was closely correlated with sample collections.%利用一种基于96孔板的快速筛选抗白色念珠菌活性的美蓝—酶标仪检测法对从广西山口、防城、北海三个地点红树林分离的498株细菌,299株真菌进行活性检测.结果表明,157株细菌具有抗白色念珠菌活性,占总分离细菌数的31.5%,88株真菌具有抗白色念珠菌活性,占总分离真菌数的29.4%.且抗白色念珠菌活性菌株的比例与样品来源密切相关.
