As the mobile communication networks of China updated into the 3G, the construction of base stations is starting a new round of climax. Base stations are links for mobile phones to transfer information. The electromagnetic wave, which is usually called " Electromagnetic Radiation" , is the carrier of information. Now, the public worrying about the radiation due to the lack of relevant knowledge, and the complaints are increasing year by year, which influences community harmony and the smooth construction of base stations in some way.
