PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable output of an answer to an inquired question and an answer to a question other than the inquired question.;SOLUTION: When keywords are inputted to a keyword input part 11, a keyword increase part 12 extracts keywords of the same field as each input keyword from a keyword extraction DB 16 using a keyword extracting technique to increase the total number of keywords. An answer candidate extraction part 14 extracts answer candidates to a question composed of the keywords increased by the keyword increase part 12 using a mechanical learning technique, and an answer table output part 15 outputs a table in which each extracted answer candidate is associated with the question as an answer table.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
