舰船设备振动监测阈值设定方法

摘要

It' s very important to realize the fault of the on-board machinery and make the plan of servicing that monitoring and thresholding vibration condition of on-board machinery real time. In this paper, we introduce briefly of the abnormal signal signature, then we theshold and validate the alarm confine according to abnormal signal signature.%实时监测舰船设备振动状态,设定监测阈值,对发现舰船设备异常、制定维修计划具有重要意义.通过分析舰船设备可能出现的振动异常现象,对不同的异常特征量采用了置信区间、均值方差等方法进行监测阈值设定,经过实测数据验证了这两种方法的有效性.
