船用锅炉控制系统工作不稳定整定方法研究

摘要

Instantaneous failure of intensive fluctuating of working pressure occurred many times in a certain type mar-ine boiler. On the basis of collected signals, conclusion could be made that the failure was caused by non-matching of para-meters set in hardware and software of the control system. The failure is resolved perfectly by parameter tuning of the con-trol system of the boiler. The method analyzed in this paper can be also taken as an effective resolution for parameters match-ing adjustment of the control system and optimization of combusting course of the boiler.%某型锅炉在运行过程中多次突发工作压力剧烈波动故障,初步分析是由于控制系统软、硬件参数设置不匹配导致.对系统所有硬件和软件结构进行检查分析,分析采集数据从而确定硬件参数和软件参数的不匹配点,针对不匹配点对控制系统进行参数整定和优化.
