船舶安全管理评价指标的确定

摘要

Ship safety management is a complex system that involves many factors .In order to analyze and estimate ship safety management ,it is possible to present the general index system based on the theory of man‐machine‐environment‐management .Further ,fuzzy clustering is proposed as a tool for simplifying the index system ,and a brief and reasonable in‐dex system is obtained as a result .These provide remarkably meaningful theory for studying ship safety management .%船舶安全管理是一个受众多因素影响的复杂系统。为了科学地对船舶安全管理管理系统进行分析和评价，论文根据系统工程的人‐机‐环境‐管理理论，提出了船舶安全管理评价的指标体系，并运用模糊聚类的方法对该指标体系进行筛选和优化，进而得到精简的指标体系，这为船舶安全管理的科学评估提供了理论依据。
