污水处理厂电气节能措施的研究及应用

摘要

结合某污水处理厂A2/O工艺的运行实践, 以工艺流程各能耗单元为研究对象,进行了工艺全流程主要能耗单元的识别及节能空间分析,选择运行处理工艺中的进水提升泵房、鼓风曝气系统、高效滤池、污泥回流系统作为研究重点,探讨了节能途径及节能潜力.%Connecting with the operation practice of A2/O process in a wastewater treatment plant, and taking each energy-consuming unit in technological process as the research object, this paper carries out the identification of main unit in whole technological process and the analysis of energy saving space, and selecting the feed-water pumping room, aeration blowing system, high-efficiency filtering basin and sludge returning system as the research focuses, probes into the energy saving way and energy saving potential.
