无极绳绞车连续拐弯装置在多弯巷道中的应用

摘要

为了使无极绳绞车连续拐弯装置在多弯巷道良好的应用，以西曲矿29205综采工作面集中运料巷的无极绳绞车连续拐弯装置为研究对象，综合运用了现场观察、理论分析和计算等方法，分析了无极绳绞车连续拐弯装置在多弯巷道的应用中出现的问题并提出了解决方法，确保了多弯巷道中无极绳绞车的正常应用，该装置的应用实现了多段运输，减少了运输环节及运输人员，提高了运输效率，具有较好的经济和社会效益。%In order to apply the continuous turning device of endless rope winch in the curved tunnels better, this paper takes the continuous turning device of endless rope winch in the centralized transportation tunnel of No. 29205 fully mechanized coal face in Xiqu coal mine as the research object.Uses the means of field observation,theo-retical analysis,calculation and others.Analyzes the problems that exists in the application of the continuous turning device of endless rope winch in the curved tunnels,and puts forward the ways to solve them.That ensures the endless rope winch can be used normally in the curved tunnels.The multistage transport can be implemented by applying the device,which reduces the transportation link and transport staff.The efficiency of the transportation has improved and good economic and social benefits have achieved.
