缩合物加入工艺对松香改性树脂性能的影响

         

摘要

By the two steps synthetic process,the rosin modified octyl-phenolic resin could be prepared with rosin, octyl phenolic and formaldehyde as the material. The modified products were analyzed by FTIR and GPC. The influence of phenolic condensate on the modified resin was studied. The results showed that the modified resin could be prepared with following reaction conditions: molecular weight(Mn) 6 000 -8 000,PDI less than 3,viscosity 11 000 mPa.s- 14 000 mPa . s(25 ℃) ,n-heptane tolerance 8 mL/2 g - 10 mL/2 g,when the weight ratio of phenolic condensate to rosin was 35%, reaction temperature 180 ℃- 200 ℃, the phenolic con- densate was dropped in even pace.%以松香、辛基酚和甲醛为主要原料,采用二步法合成工艺,合成了松香改性辛基酚醛树脂。对产品进行了FT-IG、GPC表征分析,讨论了酚醛缩合物加入工艺对改性树脂性能的影响。结果表明,酚醛缩合物用量为松香质量的35%,180℃-200℃的温度下,采用匀速滴加方式,合成的改性树脂数均相对分子质量在6000—8000,相对分子质量分布范围(PDI)〈3,黏度11000mPa·s-14000mPa·s(25qC),正庚烷值8mL/(2g)~10mL/(2g),产品性能指标满足高档油墨连接料的使用要求。
