框架剪力墙的结构特点及实际工程应用

介绍了框架剪力墙的变形特点、受力特点、截面设计与构造要求，并结合具体工程实例，对框架结构与框架剪力墙结构的抗震等级、周期比、总质量等进行了对比分析，指出了框架剪力墙结构的优势。%The paper introduces the deformation features, stressed characteristics, section design and component requirements of the frame-shear walls, combining with project example, compares and analyzes the seismic grades, period ratio, and gross mass between the framework and frame-shear wall structures, and points out the advantages of the latter.
