PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precast concrete block for an earthquake resisting wall, capable of being incorporated into the inside of a column-beam frame structure with passing a vertical reinforcing bar and a horizontal reinforcing bar through a through-hole through which the vertical reinforcing bar and the horizontal reinforcing bar are introduced into the interior of the precast concrete body, an earthquake resisting wall and an earthquake resisting wall constructing method. PSOLUTION: Vertical reinforcing bar passing holes 3, 4 for passing the vertical reinforcing bar of a reinforcement and a horizontal reinforcing bar passing hole 5 for passing the horizontal reinforcing bar of the reinforcement are formed in the interior of the precast concrete body 2. The vertical reinforcing bar passing holes 3, 4 and the horizontal reinforcing bar passing hole 5 individually have an inner diameter allowing a plurality of the vertical reinforcing bars and the horizontal reinforcing bars to be passed through.
