建筑工程造价预测方法的研究

摘要

The paper extracts some potential parameters correlating to the engineering cost,selects strong-correlating parameters by applying correlation analysis method,and describes its engineering cost forecasting method,which will be good for realizing scientific and rational enterprise investment decision.%提取了多个潜在与工程造价相关的参量,采用相关性分析法,筛选出了相关性较强的几个参量,并阐述了用这些参量预测工程造价的方法,有利于实现企业投资决策的科学合理性.
