恶性肿瘤患儿父母的疾病不确定感状况及影响因素分析

摘要

目的 探讨恶性肿瘤患儿父母的疾病不确定感状况及其影响因素.方法 于2016年1-3月,采用一般情况调查表、中文版疾病不确定感父母量表、一般自我效能感量表及简易应对方式量表,对收治于吉林大学第一医院小儿肿瘤及血液科的100例恶性肿瘤患儿的父母进行调查.结果 恶性肿瘤患儿父母疾病不确定感总分为(90.55±12.60)分,与一般自我效能感及积极应对方式得分均呈负相关(P＜0.01).回归分析结果显示,文化程度、患儿疾病状况、自我效能感、积极应对是恶性肿瘤患儿父母疾病不确定感的主要影响因素,共解释46.5％的变异量.结论 护理人员应采取针对性的干预措施,提高恶性肿瘤患儿父母对疾病的认知和应对能力,从而降低其疾病不确定感.%Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of uncertainty in illness in the parents of children with cancer.Methods A total of 100 parents of children with cancer in The First Hospital of Jilin University were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire,Parents' Perception of Uncertainty Scale (PPUS),Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS),and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) from January to March 2016.Results The total score of PPUS was 90.55 + 12.60,which was negatively correlated with general self-efficacy and positive coping style.Regression analysis showed that education background,children's health status,self-efficacy and positive coping were the major influencing factors of PPUS,which explained 46.5％ of the variables.Conclusion Nursing staff should take appropriate intervention measures for the parents of children with cancer to enhance their cognitive competence and coping ability to decrease the level of uncertainty in illness.
