Phase transformation of Crl2MoV cold working die steel during cryogenic process was studied by DSC thermal analysis and electrical resistance measurement. The results showed that more carbide precipitated from the cryogenic treated samples at high temperature tempering, more carbide precipitated after the - 196 ℃ treatment than that of - 79 ℃. The cryogenic treatment promoted the retained austenite to transform into martensite and the carbide to precipitate, which was an efficient mean of improving dimensional stability and wear resistance of cold working die steel.%采用DSC热分析及电阻测定等物理测试手段,对Cr12MoV钢在深冷处理过程中的相变进行了研究.
