ZEB2、E-cad在鳞状宫颈癌细胞的表达与疾病分期的关系

         

摘要

目的:探讨宫颈癌细胞中E盒结合锌指蛋白2(ZEB2)、E-钙黏附蛋白(E-cad)表达和疾病分期的关系。方法:选取2007年6月至2011年11月期间我院病理科确诊的鳞状宫颈癌组织62例,采用免疫组织化学法(IHC)检测ZEB2、E-cad蛋白的表达情况,回顾性分析患者临床报告资料,采用单因素和多因素(logistic回归分析法)对ZEB2、E-cad蛋白表达与疾病分期的关系进行分析。且另选癌旁正常组织10例作为对照。结果:鳞状宫颈癌组织中ZEB2蛋白表达阳性率高于癌旁癌黏膜组织,E-cad蛋白表达阳性率低于后者(P<0.05);单因素结果分析显示,ZEB2、E-cad蛋白表达与宫颈癌FIGO分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移均有关(P均<0.05);logistic回归分析结果显示,FIGO分期、淋巴结转移、E-cad表达及ZEB2表达均可作为宫颈癌疾病分期的因素。结论:ZEB2、E-cad蛋白表达有助于判断宫颈癌发展、浸润和转移情况,利于患者预后方案制定,有望成为宫颈癌疾病分期的指标。%Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expressions of zinc ifnger E-box-binding protein 2 (ZEB2) and E-cadherin (E-cad) in cervical cancer cells and the stages of disease. Methods:Sixty-two cases of squamous cervical cancer tissue diagnosed in the department of pathology of our hospital from June 2007 to November 2012 were selected. The expressions of ZEB2 and E-cad were detected by immunohistochemical method. Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The relationship between the expressions and the stages of disease was analyzed by single factor and multiple factors (logistic regression analysis). Ten cases of normal tissue adjacent to carcinoma were selected as a control. Results:The positive rate of ZEB2 expression in the tissues of squamous cervical carcinoma was higher than that in the cancer mucosa tissue adjacent to carcinoma while the positive rate of E-cad expression was lower (P<0.05). The results of single factor analysis showed that ZEB2 and E-cad expressions were related to cervical cancer FIGO staging, differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05). The results of logistic regression analysis showed that ZEB2 and E-cad expressions, FIGO staging and lymph node metastasis can be used as the factors for the stages of cervical cancer. Conclusion: ZEB2 and E-cad expressions are of benefit to the determination of the situation of the development, invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer and the development of prognosis program, which can be expected to become the index of staging cervical cancer.
