广场舞对中老年女性身体成分影响的研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨广场舞锻炼对中老年人女性身体成分的影响。方法:以30名中老年女性(64.12±3.0岁)为研究对象,采用每次60分钟、每周5次共16周的广场舞进行锻炼,并分别测试锻炼前和锻炼后第4、8、12和16周的各项身体成分指标。结果:1)身体围度指标中,胸围呈逐渐增大的趋势,腰围、臀围和腰臀比呈逐渐减小趋势,至第12、16周与锻炼前相比存在显著性差异;2)皮下脂肪厚度在锻炼期间呈逐渐减小趋势,其中臂部、肩胛部和胸部在锻炼前后存在显著性差异;3)第12、16周测试中,体重、脂肪百分比、身体脂肪量、体重指数与锻炼前相比显著下降,去脂肪体重显著增加。结论:规律性广场舞锻炼对中老年女性身体成分有良好的改善作用。%Objective:The purpose of this study is to discuss the effects of square dance exercise on body composition of middle -aged and elderly women. Methods:30 female individuals of mean age was 64. 12 ± 3. 0 years old in this study,took 60 minutes every time and 5 times a week of 16 weeks of square dance exercise. Body composition indexes were tested before the training and on 4,8,12 and 16 weeks after the first training. Results:During the exercise the chest circumference was increasing gradually,the waist circumference and hip circumference and waist-hip ratio were decreasing gradually,and there were significant difference of all these body circumference indexes before and after 12,16 weeks training. The skinfolds was decreasing gradually during the exercise especially in upper arm, scapular and chest. There were significant differences of all these three indexes between before and after 12,16 weeks training. The body weight,percentage fat,fat weight body mass index( BMI)decreased and the lean body weight incresead singnificantly after 12,16 weeks training. Conclusion:Regular square dance exercise can well improve body composition of middle-aged and elderly women.
