弥漫性轴索损伤的临床特征及诊治（附33例报告）

摘要

为探讨弥漫性轴索损伤（DAI）患者的临床病理特征及救治措施，分析了33例DAI患者的致伤因素、临床表现、影像学特征、治疗及预后。结果显示，DAI多由车祸或坠落伤引起，临床特异性差，死亡率高。认为早期用药干预轴索损伤的发展，恢复过程中应用神经营养因子促进轴索再生，能减轻DAI患者的病损程度。%To study the feature of clinical pathology，the treatment and diagnosis methods of diffuse axonal injury（DAI）.The cause of injury，clinical manifestation，image feature，diagnosis methods，treatment methods and prognosis of 33 DAI cases were analysised.Results showed that the falling and traffic accidents were the major causes of DAI.It’s clinical specificity was not strong，and it had a high mortality rate.Its suggest that early medication and administration of neurotrophic factors may reduce the injury degree.
