Scraper conveyor is the main transport equipment in coal production, with the coal mining mechanization continues to improve, the scraper conveyer coal conveying quantity is big, if not timely maintenance or improper use, easy to cause failure, seriously affect the safe production. this paper analyzed the common fault reason of scraper conveyor, and brought forward the corresponding prevention measures.%刮板输送机是煤矿生产中的主要运输设备，随着采煤机械化的不断提高，刮板输送机煤炭输送量较大，如果维护不及时或使用不当，容易造成故障，严重影响安全生产。该文就刮板输送机常见故障的原因进行分析，并提出了相应的预防措施。
