白油加氢催化剂的研究进展

摘要

White oil hydrogenation catalysts were summed up,nickel - based catalyst has low price,full hydrogenation components for cracking oil,and better resistance to sulfur,arsenic and other properties. Precious metal catalyst has strong dissociation-hydrogen-absorbing capacity,excellent high temperature,anti -oxidation,anti - corrosive,well activity and longer catalytic life corrosive,and will gradually be recognized. Case studies of existing domestic white oil hydrogenation catalysts are summarized,explained its main results and innovation,and pointed out the direction of white oil hydrogenation catalysts.%白油加氢反应研究的难点是原料油中大分子的加氢反应，白油加氢镍系催化剂价格较低，适合裂化油全组分加氢，而且抗硫、砷等性能较好，贵金属催化剂具有较强的解离－吸氢能力，优良的耐高温、抗氧化、耐腐蚀性能，较好的白油加氢活性，以及较长的催化寿命长，而逐渐被认可。对国内现有白油加氢催化剂的研究情况进行了介绍，总结了其主要结果和创新之处，并提出了白油加氢催化剂研究的方向。
