配煤对煤灰熔融特性的研究

摘要

Taiyuan coal and Ningxia coal and Jingyuan coal at different ratio of match,made of 1 ∶ 1 coal ash samples were measured in the weak reduction coal blending,fusion temperature atmosphere with XL - 2000 intelligent ash melting point determination. The results show that,with the ash melting point and the ratio between the nonlinear relationship,mainly due to the coal ash melting point changes is the transformation of mineral morphology under high temperature.%太原煤分别与宁夏煤、靖远煤按不同配比制成1∶1配煤灰样，研究不同配比的配煤灰熔融特性。实验表明，配煤与原煤相比其灰熔融特性温度发生明显的变化，配比对配煤的影响不呈线性关系，致使配煤灰熔融特性温度变化的主要因素是由于在比较高的温度下矿物的形态发生转变。
