造气循环水处理工艺研究

摘要

造气循环水因其采用直接冷却的方式,所以对水质要求不高.在造气污水处理过程中,只要降低悬浮物浓度和污水水温即可满足工程要求.在造气污水处理工艺设计中要先去悬浮物后降温,工艺中的主要工序有平流沉淀池、一体化高浊度净水器和冷却塔.通过这些工序可以有效的降低造气污水中悬浮物的浓度和污水温度,使之满足工艺要求.%Gas-making recirculating water uses direct cooling water system,So the requirement of water quality is not very high.
