造气循环水处理工艺研究

         

摘要

造气循环水因其采用直接冷却的方式,所以对水质要求不高.在造气污水处理过程中,只要降低悬浮物浓度和污水水温即可满足工程要求.在造气污水处理工艺设计中要先去悬浮物后降温,工艺中的主要工序有平流沉淀池、一体化高浊度净水器和冷却塔.通过这些工序可以有效的降低造气污水中悬浮物的浓度和污水温度,使之满足工艺要求.%Gas-making recirculating water uses direct cooling water system,So the requirement of water quality is not very high. In the process of gas - making wastewater treatment,As long as to reduce the suspension concentration and the water temperature to meet the engineering requirements. In the process design of gas - making wastewater,it is necessary to remove the suspended substance before cooling. The main processes in the process include advection sedimentation tank,integrated high turbidity water purifier and cooling tower. Through these processes that can effectively reduce suspension concentration in the wastewater and the wastewater water temperature.
