温度和植物生长调节剂对打破桃叶芽休眠的影响

摘要

以五年生‘玉妃’和‘超红’两个品种桃的休眠枝条为试材，研究温度（高温和低温）和植物生长调节剂（TDZ 和 GA3）对打破其叶芽休眠的影响，以获得更多有效叶芽。结果表明：‘玉妃’和‘超红’两个品种桃均以高温＋200 mg／L GA3处理为最适室内破眠方式。%Taking dormant sticks of two five -year -old peach cultivars Yufei and Chaohong as test ma-terials,the effects of temperature (high temperature and low temperature)and plant growth regulator (TDZ and GA3 )on breaking dormancy of peach buds were investigated for more effective vegetative buds.The re-sults showed that the optimum indoor dormancy breaking treatments on Yufei and Chaohong peach both were high temperature and 200 mg/L GA3 .
