补肾活血方对肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症不孕患者子宫内膜容受性的影响

摘要

目的:探讨补肾活血方对肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症不孕患者子宫内膜容受性的影响.方法:根据随机数字表法将我院收治的子宫内膜异位症不孕患者88例分为两组.给予对照组44例患者桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,给予研究组44例患者补肾活血方治疗.比较两组临床疗效、中医症状积分、血清指标[白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)]、子宫内膜VEGF阳性表达率以及用药安全性.结果:研究组治疗总有效率为90.91%(40/44)高于对照组的72.73%(32/44),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组中医症状积分为(6.22 ± 1.84)分低于对照组的(8.93 ± 2.13)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组IL-8、VEGF、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组阳性表达率为34.09%(15/44)低于对照组的56.82%(25/44),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组和对照组在治疗期间均未出现明显的不良反应和过敏反应.结论:对肾虚血瘀型子宫内膜异位症不孕患者行补肾活血方治疗安全性较高,能有效减轻患者临床症状、局部炎症反应,提高临床疗效,改善子宫内膜容受性.%Objective:To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue recipe on endometrial receptivity in patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of endometriosis-induced infertility.Methods:88 patients with endome-triosis-induced infertility were divided into two groups by random number table.44 cases of control group were given Guizhi Fuling capsule,while 44 cases of research group were treated with Bushen Huoxue recipe.The clinical effica-cy,TCM symptom score,serum indexes[interleukin-8(IL-8),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],endometrium VEGF positive expression rate and drug safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of research group was 90.91%(40/44),which was higher than 72.73%(32/44)of control group(P< 0.05).The TCM symptom score of research group was(6.22 ± 1.84) points,which was lower than(8.93 ± 2.13)points of control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-8,VEGF,TNF-α in research group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of research group was 34.09%(15/44),which was lower than 56.82%(25/44)of control group(P<0.05).There were no signifi-cant adverse reactions and anaphylactic reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue recipe in treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of endometriosis-induced infertility has higher safety,relieve clinical symptoms and local inflammatory response,increase clinical efficacy,improve endometrial receptivity.
