党的十七大以后,我国事业单位管理体制改革进入了关键攻坚阶段.基于交换理论视角,以提高事业单位公共服务质量为终极目标,对我国事业单位人力资源管理实践对员工绩效的影响进行了探讨.通过实证研究发现,事业单位人力资源管理实践中的内部职业机会、培训、绩效评估和员工参与对员工绩效有显著正向影响.在此基础上,进一步探讨改进事业单位人力资源管理实践提高员工绩效的途径,为事业单位人事管理体制改革提供数据参考与政策建议.%According to the spirit of the 17th CPC National Congress about institution reform, we research on the effect of Human Resource Practices ( HRP) such as internal career opportunities, training, performance appraisal, participation and job descriptions on employee performance by using a sample of 126 institutions. We find that internal career opportunities, training, performance appraisal and participation have positive effects on employee performance.
