结合关键路径法和挣值法,对船舶的双层底分段建造项目进度进行研究,区分出项目中的关键工作与非关键工作,判断出项目进度的提前和滞后来自何处.研究表明,二者结合可实现对项目进度更好的控制和管理.%Combined with critical path method (CPM), the application of earned value method (EVM) in a double -bottom - block shipbuilding project is studied.In the paper, the difference between critical tasks and non critical tasks are distinguished.And the tasks which lead to advance or delay of the project are judged out.The research showed that the progress of project is better controlled and managed.
