This study examined the processes linking leadership to subordinate creativity by focusing on the mediating influence of ownership role identity and the moderating influence of innovation - oriented culture. The results revealed that: (I) ownership role identity mediated the relationships between relation - oriented, change - oriented leadership and subordinate creativity; (ii) innovation -oriented culture moderated the relationships. Innovation -oriented culture moderated these relationships in such a way that the relationships were stronger in high innovation - oriented culture than that in low one.%研究CTR领导(即变革型、任务型与关系型领导)对下属员工创造性的影响,并探讨主人翁意识与创新导向组织文化对上述影响过程的中介作用与调节角色.以广东、安徽省11家信息技术组织中对偶的91名主管与235名下属为研究对象.结果表明:变革型、关系型领导会提升下属的主人翁意识,进而提升下属的创造性水平;高创新导向文化会强化上述影响关系,低创新导向文化会弱化上述影响关系.
