近年来主要发达国家政府参与产学研合作的相关研究综述

摘要

Analyzing the literatures about main developed country government ’ s participation in IURIC has important sig-nificance to perform government ’ s function of promoting the IURIC in our country .There are three aspects of the literatures about main developed country government ’ s participation in IURIC , namely theory and cause of government ’ s participation in IURIC, government and policy in IURIC , empirical study of cooperation between government , industry and institute .%对国外主要发达国家政府近年来参与产学研合作的文献进行系统梳理，对于我国政府正确履行职能，促进产学研主体间建立全面合作关系具有重要借鉴意义。近年来国外主要发达国家政府参与产学研合作的研究主要集中在3个方面，即政府参与产学研合作理论与成因、产学研合作中的政府与政策、政府---产业---大学合作实证研究。
