创新网络视角下产学研协同创新演化过程——基于绿色制药协同创新中心的案例研究

摘要

The paper investigates the single case in depth and takes the green pharmacy synergy innovation centre of Yangtze River delta as the example which provides comparatively mature service to regional economy and industry.The paper reveals the evolutionary characteristics of I-U-R synergy innovation including self-organizing of network,dynamic state of network,commensalism of network and self-gaining of network.The I-U-R synergy innovative evolutionary process can be divided into three phases including germination phase,initial foundation phase and standard growth phase.In every phase,the development of industry can be attributed to the joint promotion of the core participants of enterprise,university and scientific research institution.%采用单案例纵向研究方法,以演化程度相对成熟的服务于面向区域经济和行业产业发展的长三角绿色制药协同创新中心为实证案例.揭示产学研协同创新网络的演化特征,即网络自组织性、网络动态性、网络共生性、网络自增益性.提出可将产学研协同创新演化过程划分为3个阶段,分别为萌芽期、初创期、规范成长期.在每一阶段的演化进程中,产业的协同创新发展主要得益于企业、高校、科研机构三方核心参与主体的共同推动.
