中国高技术产业RD的外资依存度测算与比较研究

摘要

采用外资企业R&D人员折合全时当量、外资企业R&D经费支出、外资企业新产品销售收入、外资企业有效发明专利等4类指标,分别从行业视角和区域视角,对中国高技术产业的R&D外资依存度进行测算与比较研究,并提出相应的发展对策.%Since 1990s,the number of multinational companies setting up R&D institutions in China has increased year by year.These R&D institutions have become an important force in R&D activities of high-tech enterprises in our country,played a more and more important role in some industries,and even occupied the leading position in some areas.The author selects four types of indicators including the equivalent of R&D personnel of foreign-funded enterprises,the R&D expenditure of foreign-funded enterprises,the sales revenue of new products of foreign-funded enterprises,and the effective invention patents of foreign-funded enterprises to measure and compare foreign capital dependence of R&D.The paper calculates and compares the foreign investment dependence of R&D in China's high-tech industry from the perspective of industry and regional perspective,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
